This anti-inflammatory, probiotic-rich smoothie helps support gut health and ease seasonal allergies by stabilizing histamine levels naturally.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup coconut yogurt (rich in probiotics)

• 1⁄2 cup pineapple (contains bromelain, a natural antihistamine)

• 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries (high in quercetin for allergy relief)

• 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds (great for gut fiber and hormone balance)
