Healing Your Gut After Stress, Sugar, or Antibiotics 🌿

There are times when your body just feels different.

After going through stress, eating more sugar than usual, or taking antibiotics, your digestion can change. You might feel bloated, notice more cravings, or feel like your energy is not as steady as before.

A lot of this has to do with your gut.

Your gut is sensitive to what you go through daily. Stress can slow down digestion. Too much sugar can throw things off. Antibiotics can clear out bacteria, including the good ones your body actually needs.

When that balance is affected, your body starts to react.

What you might notice
Some signs are easy to ignore at first:
-Bloating or gas
-Cravings, especially for sweets
-Changes in your bowel movement
-Feeling mentally slow or unfocused
-Skin acting up
-Low energy

These can build up over time if nothing changes.

What can help
Getting your gut back on track does not have to be complicated.

Start with the basics.

-Eat more real food, especially vegetables and fiber
-Drink enough water every day
-If needed, take probiotics or eat fermented foods
-Give yourself time to rest and slow down

You do not have to do everything perfectly. Just stay consistent.

One thing to remember
Your body is not trying to make things hard for you.
It is just responding to what is happening inside.
When you start taking care of it in simple ways, things can improve little by little.
