Stomach-Satisfying and Antioxidant-Rich Smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 teaspoons powdered turmeric
- 1 inch cubed fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons cashew nuts
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 cup frozen papaya and/or pineapple
Instructions
- Blend banana, ginger, turmeric, water, hemp seeds, and cashews together for about 30 seconds.
- No need to peel the ginger if it is organic and clean – otherwise peel it before step 1.
- Add in the frozen fruit and then blend until creamy smooth.
- Add more water if you want it more juice-like.
