NOURISHMENT BOWL

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 2 large carrots, shredded
  • 2 cups snap string beans
  • 1/2 cup black sesame seeds
  • cilantro to garnish
My method:
  • I steam the broccoli and cauliflower.
  • Then I add all ingredients to a large bowl and season with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, pepper, and pink salt. Yum!
