Berry Fulfilling Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients. Serve immediately.
