Grilled Salmon Power Plate

A simple, balanced bowl to help you feel more steady and refreshed.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz wild-caught salmon (rich in Omega-3s for inflammation support)
- 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes (complex carbs for steady energy)
- 1 cup sautéed spinach (high in magnesium to support stress response)
- 1/2 avocado, sliced (healthy fats for hormone balance)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (zinc and magnesium for adrenal support)
- 1 tsp olive oil (for healthy fats)
- Fresh lemon juice, to taste
- Pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- Roast sweet potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes until tender.
