Grilled Salmon Power Plate

A simple, balanced bowl to help you feel more steady and refreshed.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz wild-caught salmon (rich in Omega-3s for inflammation support)
  • 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes (complex carbs for steady energy)
  • 1 cup sautéed spinach (high in magnesium to support stress response)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (healthy fats for hormone balance)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (zinc and magnesium for adrenal support)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (for healthy fats)
  • Fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • Pinch of sea salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  • Roast sweet potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes until tender.
  • Sauté spinach lightly in olive oil until wilted.
  • Grill or pan-sear the salmon until cooked through.
  • Assemble the bowl: place sweet potatoes, spinach, salmon, and avocado slices in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
  • Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
