Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. unsweetened almond milk or other milk of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha green tea powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Monk Fruit Syrup (can use maple syrup or honey)
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Coconut Whipped Cream (see below)

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until matcha powder is completely dissolved, around 30 seconds.
  2. Add more sweetener to taste, if desired.
  3. Pour the matcha latte in a glass filled with ice. Top with whipped cream, if desired.

Coconut Whipped Cream:

Chill a can of unsweetened coconut cream. Place in a bowl and whip using a hand mixer for 30-40 seconds on high until thick and creamy.
