NOURISHMENT BOWL
Ingredients:
- 1/2 red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 head broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 large carrots, shredded
- 2 cups snap string beans
- 1/2 cup black sesame seeds
- cilantro to garnish
My method:
- I steam the broccoli and cauliflower.
- Then I add all ingredients to a large bowl and season with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, pepper, and pink salt. Yum!
