Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice, cinnamon ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves
- crushed ice (optional)
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
- Garnish Pumpkin Almond Milk Smoothie with a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice (optional).
