Ingredients:

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup (heaping) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon (heaping) pumpkin pie spice

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in food processor
  2. If the mixture is too crumbly, the dates might be too dry so soak a few dates in water for 10-15 minutes then process those dates and mix into the mixture with a spatula.
  3. Form mixture into balls, using a spoon and your clean hands
Make your own Pumpkin Spice:
Combine:
  • 1 tablespoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground cloves or allspice
*Measurements can be adjusted, to taste
