Purple Chia Smoothie

Purple_Chia_Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1/3 cup grated Red Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
Preparation: 
Add all ingredients into blender and liquify. If mixture is too thick add water or almond milk until it is the consistency you like.
