Purple Chia Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1/3 cup grated Red Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into blender and liquify. If mixture is too thick add water or almond milk until it is the consistency you like.
