What’s your business, and who are your customers?
Clinical and Holistic Nutritionist & Master Herbalist. I work from my heart. The trauma and health issues that my body experienced growing up have allowed me to have compassion, understanding, and love for where my clients are at. I am able to energetically tap into someone’s body and identify their imbalances. I have done extensive research and only use the cleanest herbs and supplements as well as the best healing tools, which help speed up the healing process. The lesson I have learned is that we all need help, but one must be willing and ready to heal – you can take the horse to the water, but you can’t make it drink. When it comes to healing, the emotional body needs to be addressed just as much as the physical body – this is what excites me about my work. I feel blessed and honored to guide my clients through their healing journey.

I am inspired by seeing people heal and thrive. Witnessing a positive change in my clients’ health inspires me to keep on doing what I am doing, which motivates me in regard to continuing my education in learning different healing modalities.

Helping people heal and guiding them to put their health into their own hands.
What’s one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Taking time off and disconnecting.
