Balancing Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup berries (any mixture of your favorite berries)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 2 handfuls spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons walnuts (optional)
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- If smoothie is too thick to your liking, add additional milk or water.
