Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup berries (any mixture of your favorite berries)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 handfuls spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts (optional)
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. If smoothie is too thick to your liking, add additional milk or water.
