Ingredients:

  • 1 (small) head romaine lettuce
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 cups water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
(Serves 2)
*Not only will fiber fill you up, it will keep your bowel movements regular. The last thing you want is to feel backed up before you even start your Turkey Day noshing!
