Ingredients:
- 4 cups spring water
- 1 cup dandelion leaves (crushed pieces)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 lemon
- Pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp raw local honey optional
- Stevia to taste optional
- A few leaves of mint
Instructions:

Crush dandelion leaves into small pieces, remove large stem.

Place the turmeric powder, ground black pepper and water in a small saucepan.

Heat for 5 minutes over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.

Remove from the heat.

Mix the tea and add the crushed dandelion leaves pieces.

Cover and allow to steep for 5 minutes.

Squeeze the juice of ½ organic lemon.

Strain and add the lemon juice.

Add raw local honey or stevia if needed and enjoy!
