Lemon Cayenne Water

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 slices of lemon
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 8 oz warm water

Instructions:

  • Warm up 8 oz of water to slightly warmer than body temperature. Squeeze in the juice of 3-4 slices of lemon and add 1 dash of cayenne pepper. Stir in honey if you like and enjoy! This drink is best enjoyed after you wake up in the morning to aide in digestion and boost your metabolism.
