Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons powdered turmeric
  • 1 inch cubed fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons hulled hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cashew nuts
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup frozen papaya and/or pineapple

Instructions

  1. Blend banana, ginger, turmeric, water, hemp seeds, and cashews together for about 30 seconds.
  2. No need to peel the ginger if it is organic and clean – otherwise peel it before step 1.
  3. Add in the frozen fruit and then blend until creamy smooth.
  4. Add more water if you want it more juice-like.
