Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach 
  • 2 tbsps. Fresh mint
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • ½ cup brewed green tea, cooled\
  • ½ grapefruit, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen
  • ¼ avocado
  • Dash cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp. Organic honey or monk fruit (optional)

Directions

  1. Place spinach, mint, celery, and green tea into a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth. 
  3. Add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Blend again. Best when served chilled.
